Room Hire at Ilkeston Elim Christian Centre
In addition to it's primary function as a church, Ilkeston Elim Christian Centre also offers rooms for hire
for appropriate uses. All users have access to the toilets located on the first floor with the upper rooms
being accessible by stairlifts for anyone with mobility difficulties.
The Ground Floor (Hourly Hire: £10.00*)
The ground floor is an ideal small lecture room with comfortable seating for up to fifty. It comes fully
equipped with an overhead projector, TV, video, DVD and PA system. In addition, up to ten trestle tables are
also available.
There is also a kitchen area with sink and tea/coffee making facilities.
The First Floor (Hourly Hire: £6.00*)
The first floor is divided into two rooms which are currently used by the Church as Sunday School rooms and
are ideal for creche facilities.
The toilet block is also located on the first floor.
The Top Floor (Hourly Hire: £10.00*)
The top floor provides for a relaxed lounge area including a selection of sofas and armchairs along with stackable
plastic chairs. The room is also fully equipped with a TV along with DVD, video, cassette tape and CD players. In
addition, up to ten trestle tables are also available.
Incorporated into the top floor is a self-contained kitchen with all that is needed for self catering food
preparation and drinks.
*Please note: Reduced room hire rates are available to small local voluntary or
charitable groups on application to the Church Treasurer.
